Making a Purchase

Serenity is taking steps to enable you to purchase printed copies of the photographs and digital art images on this website. Please revisit soon for updates on the availability of this service. The following information will become effective once the store is open for business.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse the store and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’, and you will be asked for a few details that Serenity needs to be able to complete the order.

Serenity accepts card payments. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order, and your card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.

Serenity accepts Visa and MasterCard. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot amend it in the shopping basket, contact us, and we will correct it.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not mean that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and our agreement when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we can no longer supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a price change, we will always contact you first to ensure the price is acceptable.

Customs

For international shipments outside the United Kingdom, Serenity must complete a Customs Declaration, which is then affixed to your package stating the value of the goods within. Additional customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country and must be borne by you. Please be aware that customs officials may open and inspect some packages upon entering your country.

Lost/Missing Shipments

If, in the unlikely event, your order does not arrive in a timely fashion, please check whether you have received a calling card from our carriers as you may not have been at home when delivery was attempted – note that our packages do require a signature on receipt. Failing that, please contact us, quoting your order number, and we will try to trace your order for you.

Delivery Schedule

Serenity will normally despatch your order to you within two business days. United Kingdom orders are usually received in three business days, and international orders are generally received in fourteen working days.

You must inform Serenity as quickly as possible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that it can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
